Common Questions

Everything you need to know before your walk.

01

What's the fitness level needed?

Our routes are designed for walkers of varying abilities. We're not racing — we're exploring. Most people walk at 2-3 mph with regular stops. If you can walk around your neighborhood comfortably, you can do these routes.

02

How long do walks typically take?

It depends on the route. Our shorter walks are about 90 minutes total (includes breaks). Longer routes might take 2-3 hours. We never rush. If someone needs to sit longer, we wait — no pressure.

03

What if the weather turns bad?

We check forecasts 48 hours before every walk. If there's genuine risk, we reschedule. We've got proper shelters along routes for light rain, but we won't take anyone out in dangerous conditions.

04

Are dogs welcome?

Yes — but they must be well-behaved and under control. Some routes aren't suitable for dogs due to steep sections. We'll let you know which routes work best for you and your dog.
